Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom charm pieces are made specifically for each customer.

All custom and made-to-order items are final sale.

Please review product details carefully before placing a custom order.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • Prices may be tax-inclusive depending on location and selling method.

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase.

  • We accept payment methods offered through Shopify and approved in-person payment platforms at markets.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not successfully processed.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing and shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Saltwater Charm Bar is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Market & In-Person Sales

All in-person purchases made at markets or events are final sale, unless otherwise stated.

Our jewelry is made with stainless steel and designed for everyday wear. However, Saltwater Charm Bar is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
