Returns & Exchanges

Ready-to-Wear Jewelry

We accept returns or exchanges on ready-to-wear items only within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unworn

  • The item is in original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Because custom charm pieces are made specifically for you:

All custom and made-to-order items are final sale.

This includes:

  • Build-your-own charm pieces

  • Market custom orders

  • Personalized or altered designs

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item and packaging

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if the issue was caused by us.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Market & In-Person Sales

All in-person market purchases are final sale.

If there is an issue with a market purchase, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review the situation.

Care & Wear Disclaimer

Our jewelry is made with stainless steel and designed for everyday wear, but normal wear and tear, improper care, or accidental damage are not covered under this policy.
