Processing Time

  • Ready-to-wear items: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom & made-to-order items: Please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipping.

Processing times may vary during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • All orders are shipped via USPS or another trusted carrier.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Delivery Delays

Saltwater Charm Bar is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • USPS or carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Saltwater Charm Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact your local post office or carrier directly.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Market Orders & In-Person Purchases

Orders placed at markets or events may either:

  • Be taken home same day (if applicable), or

  • Be shipped at a later date as communicated at the time of purchase

Please ensure all contact and shipping details are entered correctly when placing market orders.
